东方日升与紫光测控签订战略合作协议

为了积极响应国家发展新能源产业号召，优化经济结构，加快地方经济发展，本着互惠互利，共同发展的原则，近日，东方日升新能源股份有限公司与紫光测控有限公司就双方开展全面合作签订了战略合作协议。

根据双方友好协商，东方日升关联子公司与紫光测控共同搭建光伏电站检测，运营云服务平台，为整个光伏行业提供完整的电站建设、运营、维护解决方案。在同等条件下，东方日升关联子公司采购紫光测控综合自动化系统产品，而紫光测控在投资建设、总包光伏电站时采购东方日升的组件产品，双方所提供的产品的性能质量需要达到双方要求并满足国家相关标准和规范。双方紧密合作，资源共享，携手推进国内电站的开发和建设。除此之外，双方通过交流和考察及时了解双方的产品信息和技术。

东方日升此次与紫光测控的战略合作，有利于充分发挥双方的互补优势，提高竞争力，共同开拓光伏电站智能解决方案市场，引导和推动新能源产业更加健康发展，符合公司的发展需要和长远规划。

In order to respond to the country call of developing new energy industry, optimize the economic structure, accelerate the local economic development, Risen Energy and UnisM&C signed the strategic cooperation agreement about the all-round cooperation with the principles of mutual benefit and common development.

According to the agreement, the related subsidiaries of Risen Energy and UnisM&C build the platform of detecting solar power stations and operating cloud services together to provide a entire solution of construction, operation and maintenance of solar power stations for the PV industry. Under the same construction, the related subsidiaries of Risen Energy will purchase the products from UnisM&C; UnisM&C will purchase the modules from Risen for the solar power stations. And the products need to meet the demands of two companies and national standards. Risen Energy and UnisM&C need to cooperate to share the resources to promote the development and construction of solar power stations. In addition, two sides will get the latest product information and technology through communication and visit.

The strategic cooperation with UnisM&C will be good for exploiting the complementary advantages of both sides and improving competitiveness.
