东方日升与乌海市签订200MW电池组件及1000MW光伏电站投资框架协议

近日，东方日升新能源股份有限公司与内蒙古自治区乌海市人民政府、乌海市海勃湾区人民政府签署了《关于建设乌海市200MW太阳能电池组件及1000MW光伏电站一体化项目投资合作框架协议》。

乌海市是中国内蒙古自治区西部的新兴工业城市，是华北与西北的结合部，同时也是“宁蒙陕甘”经济区的结合部和沿黄经济带的中心区域。乌海市海勃湾区、乌达区、海南区的太阳能总辐射为1650~1700千瓦时/（平方米.年），太阳光照充足，光伏发电能源来源丰富。为充分发挥和利用乌海市广阔山地、荒地、煤田开采复垦区及充足的太阳能资源，经双方友好协商，公司拟在乌海市投资建设200MW太阳能电池组件及垂直一体化项目，同时拟设立电站公司，利用3-5年时间力争在乌海市建成1000MW太阳能光伏电站。

东方日升总裁王洪表示：若本框架协议后续顺利实施，预计将扩大公司国内光伏组件的市场份额，完善国内光伏组件生产销售及光伏电站开发、建设、运营的布局，符合公司的发展需要和长远规划。

Risen Energy &Wuhai city signed agreement of 200MW PV modules and 1GW solar projects

Recently, Risen Energy Co., Ltd and governments of Wuhai city and Haibowan district in Inner Mongolia signed the agreement of supplying 200MW PV modules and 1GW solar projects construction in Wuhai city.

Wuhai city is a new industrial city in western part of Inner Mongolia, and it is not only the junction of northern China and northwest China, also the central area of the Yellow River Economic area. Plus it’s the economic area junction of Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shanxi and Gansu. The total solar radiation is 1650-1700 kWh / (SQM/Year), so the resource is rich. In order to make full use of the areas of vast mountainous, wasteland coal, mining reclamation area and the rich solar energy, Risen Energy will invest and construct the project of 200MW solar modules. Meanwhile, Risen will set up the power station company to construct the 1GW solar stations during 3-5 years in Wuhai city through friendly consultations.

Mr. Wanghong, the presidents of Risen Energy Co., Ltd, said that if the agreement approves successfully, the domestic market share of PV modules of Risen will be expanded. Moreover, it will improve the production and sales of PV modules in China and the layout of exploiting, constructing and operating of PV power station, which is good for the development and long-term planning of Risen Energy.
