东方日升发布半年报 实现净利润4.80亿元
近日，东方日升发布半年报。半年报显示，2016年上半年公司实现营业收入31.94亿元，同比增长97.72%，归属于上市公司股东的净利润4.80亿元，同比增长365.72%。
东方日升表示：“公司营收与净利润双双实现大幅增长，这主要得益于产业规模稳步增长以及公司技术水平进步显著。同时，公司通过上市公司平台，推进股权激励计划、定向增发、互联网金融平台等项目的进展,储备优质资源,助力公司整体战略目标的实现。”
作为全面推进光伏电站项目多元化融资的重要切入点，东方日升子公司“光合联萌”自今年1月正式上线对外运营以来，累计注册用户已突破5.7万余人，并成功为优质的光伏企业及项目累计募集金额达到1.5亿余元。以国内个线上分布式众筹项目《人文慈溪》为例，该项目于今年6月1日在光合联萌平台上募集，上线10天内募集总额就达到150万。如今，第三个众筹项目也正在募集中。
在大力布局能源互联网金融领域的同时，东方日升也积极开拓下游电站市场，尤其是在国内开发各类屋顶分布式、渔光互补、荒山光伏电站等，这也促使公司营收和利润持续增长。
东方日升表示：“今后公司还将持续发力分布式光伏及大型地面电站的建设，并积极构建能源互联网金融生态圈，从而为我国快速增长的电站应用市场提供从高效组件制造、电站项目融资、分布式项目建设等多元化的服务。”
Risen Energy’s Net Income Reaches 480 Million RMB in H1 in 2016
Recently, Risen Energy released the semi-annual report. It shows that company’s sales revenue reaches 3.194 billion RMB, increased 97.72% compared to the last year. The net income reaches 480 million RMB, increased 365.72% compared to the last year.
Risen Energy said that the sales revenue and net income achieve substantial growth, which is because of the industry scale increasing and technology development. Meanwhile, equity incentive plan, Internet financial and other projects help to achieve the strategic goal.
Sunallies, the subsidiary of Risen Energy, has about 57000 registered users. Moreover, it has raised about 150 million RMB for high quality PV enterprises and projects. The first raise project has completed in June and now the third one is raised.
Moreover, Risen Energy is developing the solar projects market, including distributed projects, large scale projects and others, which promote the sales revenue and net income.
Risen Energy will continue to construct the distributed projects and large scale project. Moreover, it will actively build the Internet financial ecosystem and provide the high quality PV modules, project construction, Internet financial and other services.
